At Supply.co, we’re committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase. 

We stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right

📦 Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is returned within 14 business days of receiving it.

  • The item is unused, and in its original packaging 

  • The item is in resell able** condition** with all original tags, seals, and accessories intact.

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if:

  • The item has been altered, worn, or used.

  • The item has any smell, stains, or signs of wear.

  • The item is not in its original packaging, or is missing tags or accessories.

  • For electronics, if the seal is broken, plastic wrap has been removed, or the product has been tampered with.

Electronics (e.g., mobile phones):

  • Are non-returnable if the seal is broken or the box is opened, unless the item is faulty.

  • Faulty electronics must be reported within 30 business days of collection to qualify.

  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss during courier transit if you choose to arrange courier for collection. 

  • We recommend collecting electronics in person, or using a courier at your own risk and responsibility.

✉️ Requesting a Return, Refund, or Exchange

To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, please contact our support team at supplyco.cpt@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Description and photo of the item (if faulty or damaged)

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

🚚 Shipping Policy (Detailed)

In-Stock Orders

  • Processed and shipped within 2–7 business days.

Pre-Orders

  • Processing time: 6–12 business days.

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If cancelled there will be a fee of 5% of the amount to be deducted. 

Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

  • Your full order will be shipped once the pre-order item is available.

  • If you want the in-stock items shipped sooner, an additional delivery fee is required.

  • You will receive a R50 voucher when the remaining pre-order ships if you choose to split the delivery.

📱 Important Notes on Electronics & Cellphones

  • No returns or refunds if the seal is broken, plastic has been removed, or the package has been opened.

  • No returns will be accepted for electronics showing any signs of use, damage, or tampering.

  • Faulty electronics must be reported within 30 days for resolution.

  • We do not courier cellphones/laptops and tablets. If you wish to use a courier, you it will be at your own risk.

  • We are not liable for electronics damaged or lost while in the care of third-party couriers.

  • We recommend collecting electronics in person where possible for peace of mind.
